On Thursday June 18 James McMullan is in the hot seat with Mr. Davis. Mr. McMullan is known as the man behind the “look of Lincoln Center theatre.” His theatrical posters are renowned and his 1976 New York Magazine cover illustration inspired the imagery for the film Saturday Night Fever. His work has appeared in numerous books—some with his wife Kate McMullan who is a renowned children’s author. Come hear about McMullan’s work, his process, and his passion.

Other participants include Ellen Adler on June 25, artist and daughter of famous acting coach Stella Adler; Kathleen Marshall on July 16, Tony Award-winning director and choreographer of shows such as Grease, The Pajama Game, Little Shop of Horrors, and Kiss Me, Kate, to name a few; ‘Floral Designers to the Stars’ Michael Grim and Jim Osborn of Bridgehampton Florist on July 23; Pulitzer Prize winning playwright Lanford Wilson on July 30; and artist April Gornik on August 20th, whose paintings appear in some of the world’s finest museums. Two surprise guests have yet to be announced for August 27 and September 3rd.

Tickets to the “Our Town” series are $20 each or $135 for a subscription to all nine chats, a savings of 25% over individual tickets. For tickets visit www.baystreet.org or call or visit the Box Office at 631-725-9500, open daily from 11am to 6pm.
