AUDITIONS are - Saturday April 30th at 1pm, or Sunday May 1 at 6pm, or Tues May 3 at 7pm, callbacks TBD… all roles are open and all are encouraged to attend. No appointment necessary. Just bring something to sing (16 bars +/- of music if you have it), an accompanist will be provided. Audition location: East Auditorium, Luther Burbank Center - 50 Mark West Springs Rd, Santa Rosa.
Directed by John DeGaetano, with Musical Director Les Pfutzenreuter, and Asst. Direction by Chloe King, The Mikado, one of Gilbert and Sullivan's most-loved musicals, tells the tale of a beautiful schoolgirl engaged to be married, only to fall in love with a romantic minstrel who happens to be pledged to another. The production from NBSC will be presented cabaret-style, putting you inside the story as you experience a fictional place in time, in addition to the exotic tastes and looks from around the world.
