This is a co-production between Opera San Luis Obispo and Center Stage Opera, and will be treated like a touring production, with performances both in San Luis Obispo and in the San Fernando Valley. Auditions and role offers are ONLY for artists that are able to participate in the entire touring production.

AUDITION PREPARATION:
Singing auditions will be scheduled by appointment, beginning at 2pm on February 2nd in San Luis Obispo, and 11am on February 3rd in Los Angeles. Dance auditions will take place the same day in each location. Information about dance auditions will be given via email when audition times are assigned. For LEAD ROLES, please prepare the song listed in the Role Breakdown below. For all other roles and ensemble, please prepare a song by Rodgers and Hammerstein (or a song of similar style).

HOUSING INFORMATION:
Housing in San Luis Obispo will be provided for all out of town artists for the entire rehearsal and performance period in SLO. Housing may be available for some artists in the Los Angeles area the week of May 13th through the final performance on May 19th.
