AUDITION NOTICE from BAY STREET PLAYERS
PLAID TIDINGS: A Special Holiday Edition
Bay Street Players will hold auditions for PLAID TIDINGS: A Special Holiday Edition of Forever Plaid.
This musical about a hilarious heavenly male quartet features tight swinging harmonic renditions of classic 50’s/60’s ballads and rock and roll. Four men are needed for the production and all men’s vocal ranges are welcome. Men are asked to bring music in the style of the 50’s/60’s. The accompanist will be the musical director of the show, Beau Mahurin. The show will be directed by Bay Street Players artistic director, David W. Clevinger.
Auditions are October 1 & 2 at 7:30 pm at the State Theatre located at 109 North Bay Street in downtown Eustis. The show opens November 16 and runs a total of 17 performances thru December 9, 2012. Auditions are open and back stage volunteers are welcome. No appointment is necessary and newcomers are encouraged to audition.
