Audition Notice: Mourning Has Broken by local playwright Pab Sungenis
Auditions to be held on October 25th and 27th (Sunday and Tuesday). Doors open at 6:30pm and auditions start at 7pm both nights.
In this dark comedy, six friends reunite at three funerals. As they try to keep their spirits up and their circle together, they find out more about each other (and themselves) than they ever wanted to know. Show dates are December 4, 5 at 8 p.m. and December 6 at 2 p.m. Cast members must be present for all show dates. There will be no understudies. Auditions will consist of cold readings from the script.

BARRY: Friend, a lawyer, early 30’s.
JEFF: Friend, stockbroker, mid 30’s.
DON: Friend, mid 30’s.
GABRIELLE: Don's wife, British, mid 30’s.
TOMMY: Friend, artist, early 30’s.
AMY: Friend, mid 30’s.
FRAN: Older woman, professional mourner.
MINISTER: A disinterested eulogist.
Indeterminate age.
