The Hill Country Community Theatre announces auditions for the first show of their 2019 - 20 season, the musical “More Senior Moments”, book, music and lyrics by Linda Kaufman. Auditions are Monday, July 29 and Tuesday, July 30 at 7:00 PM at the theatre, 4003 W FM 2147, Cottonwood Shores, TX 78657. The show will be directed by Mike Rademaekers with musical direction by Les Young.
“More Senior Moments” is a poignant and hilarious view of aging in all its many facets. Growing older is filled with new realities and challenges that can be humorous at times, but difficult at others. An “ageless” musical comedy, “More Senior Moments” explores maturing in a series of vignettes.
Seeking 2 men and 4 women ages 30 and up. Be prepared to cold read sides from the script and have a song to sing a capella.
Production dates are for three weeks, September 19 through October 6, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 PM, Sunday matinees at 2:15 PM.
