WAUKESHA CIVIC THEATRE ANNOUNCES OPEN AUDITIONS FOR:
Les Misérables

Open auditions for the Waukesha Civic Theatre’s production of Les Misérables will be held:
Auditions will be held at the Waukesha Civic Theatre Building at 264 West Main Street, Waukesha. Those auditioning should prepare the audition material provided on the Waukesha Civic Theatre website (
http://waukeshacivictheatre.org/auditions.html) for the character you are interested in auditioning for. If you are interested in auditioning for more than one role, please prepare at least one song, but not more than two. Anyone who would like to be considered for one or more specific roles, but would also accept an ensemble role does not need to prepare the ensemble excerpt in addition to the specific role excerpt. Please sign up for an audition at the WCT website. Complete the audition form, found on the same site. Bring this completed form with you to your audition. Please contact John Cramer at

The world-famous musical tale of Jean Valjean, a convict endeavoring to make a new life for himself. Featuring “On My Own,” “Do You Hear The People Sing?” and “Empty Chairs at Empty Tables,” Les Misérables is celebrated the world over.
All roles are open.
There are 10 or more roles for men age 20-60. There are 10 or more roles for women age 20-60.
There are 3 or more roles for men age 60 or older. There are 3 or more roles for women age 60 or older.
There are 3-5 roles for girls age 7-19. There are 3-5 roles for boys age 7-19.
