JACOB MARLEY'S CHRISTMAS CAROL - Bay Street Players

BAY STREET PLAYERS HOLD AUDITIONS FOR JACOB MARLEY’S CHRISTMAS CAROL

Bay Street Players Second Stage Series will hold auditions for Jacob Marley’s Christmas Carol adapted by Tom Mula from his novel of the same name. The show will be directed by Joel Warren. The audio version has been broadcast nationwide on National Public Radio for several seasons. The stage production premiered at Chicago’s Goodman Theatre. The play is a funny and moving work that brings the ghost of Jacob Marley out of the shadows and into the spotlight to tell his version of the Dickens classic.

Four actors are needed who can play a variety of roles. Roles are not gender specific; actors will read from the script. Appointments are not required. Auditions are open and back stage volunteers are welcome.

Auditions are October 9, at 8 pm at the State Theatre located at 109 North Bay Street in downtown Eustis. The show will be presented November 25, December 2 and 9 at 7:30 pm.
