BrickaBrack seeks New Ensemble Men
BrickaBrack, the award-winning company behind Stalking Christopher Walken, Duck Duck Octopus, never fall so heavily again, and other multidisciplinary projects, seeks NY-based men who would like to become Ensemble Members. This is a call for performers willing to commit to ensemble training and developing new material throughout 2016 on an ongoing basis. We're specifically seeking men who have Monday night available every week.
Especially seeking performers who possess multiple skills: singers, dancers, writers, musicians, puppeteers, etc. Desire to be a part of an ensemble company is essential. All ages and types sought - MEN ONLY AT THIS TIME!
Our 4 year old company develops new work through long-term ensemble collaboration, improvisation, and workshops. If you're trained in physical theatre, dance theatre, Lecoq, Viewpoints; or studied at ETW, Dell'Arte, or similar programs, perhaps you'll find an artistic home with us! Our influences include Lepage, Pina, Big Dance Theatre, Complicite, Julie Taymor, Mary Zimmerman, and Kneehigh, to name a few.
