“Aida” runs Aug. 9, 2013 - Sept. 21, 2013 – Friday, Saturday and Monday evenings at 7:30 p.m.
All roles are open. Be prepared to sing an upbeat broadway style song. An accompanist & ipod deck will be provided. A’capella auditions are not preferred. Headshots are not necessary but are appreciated. Must be 16 years or older.
ROLES:
AIDA A beautiful, brave Princess. Daughter of King Amonasro.
18-25 yrs old
AMNERIS A beautiful and materialistic Egyptian Princess. Daughter of the Pharaoh. 18-25 yrs old
AMONASRO An honorable and peaceful man who is imprisoned by Egypt. 45-55 yrs old
MEREB A young Nubian slave and servant to Radames. 16-21 yrs old
NEHEBKA A Nubian slave who is friendly with Aida. 20-35 yrs old
PHARAOH: The Leader of Egypt and father to Amneris. 55-65 yrs old
RADAMES An Egyptian Captain and the son of Zoser. 20-28 yrs old
ZOSER The manipulative and evil Chief Ministe 45-55 yrs old
