SCERA announces auditions for its 5th annual A NIGHT OF BROADWAY
SCERA is holding auditions for its 5th annual A NIGHT OF BROADWAY, a four-night showtunes concert on stage at SCERA Center for the Arts on Jan. 30, 31 and Feb. 1,3 @ 7:30pm. Auditions will be held on Tuesday, January 14th from 7-pm at the SCERA Center for the Arts, 745 South State, Orem. Auditioners ages 8 to adult should prepare to sing 16 measures of the song you'd like to be considered for the show. Classics and contemporary Broadway pieces are needed and solos, duets and group numbers are welcome. In addition to their own song, cast members will also participate in an ensemble medley A Salute to Rodgers & Hammerstein. CD or IPOD playback will be available, or you may bring your own accompanist. No appointment is needed to audition. Rehearsals will be held Jan. 28 and 29.
