MA Comes to Carré for a Special World Alzheimer's Day Performance  Image

Ma, by Eric Corton, comes to the Royal Theatre Carré for a special performance September 24, 2018.

The performance of Ma will conclude a weekend full of initiatives throughout the nation to raise awareness about Alzheimer's starting on September 21, World Alzheimer's Day.

The night will begin with a program of music, stories and poetry by Hugo Borst, Hugo de Jonge, Leonie Meijer, Aaf Brandt Corstius, Ester Naomi Perquin, and Philip Scheltens. The evening is presented by Brecht van Hulten.

Ma is a based on the book by Hugo Borst, explaining the details of the decaying spirit of his mother and her inevitable move to a nursing home.
