The Garden Theatre presents the Orlando Theatre Project production of I Do, I Do from April 3-19, 2009, at the Garden Theatre (160 West Plant Street).  This touching musical follows a couple through 50 years of marriage.  Renowned actors David Kelley and Laura Hodos portray the husband and wife duo.  Hodos was recently nominated for a Carbonell Award for her performance in She Loves Me at the Caldwell Theatre Company in Boca Raton.  With story and lyrics written by the infamous Tom Jones, there is no better director than Tom Jones’ wife Janet Watson.  She has choreographed several incarnations of I Do, I Do off-Broadway.

Orlando Theatre Project is a nonprofit professional theatre company based in Orlando. The company was founded in 1985 and operates under an Actors' Equity Association contract.  Most of the Orlando Theatre Project's productions are contemporary plays which have been previously been produced on Broadway, Off-Broadway, in the United Kingdom or in regional theatres in the United States.

Located in the heart of historic downtown Winter Garden on Plant Street, the Garden Theatre is a not-for-profit community organization which offers a cultural theatric experience unique to West Orange County and the citizens of Winter Garden.  The restoration project, which began in 2003, has been pioneered by the Winter Garden Heritage Foundation and showcases an atmospheric theatre in a Mediterranean Revival style venue.  The former single screen movie theater hosts live theatre, dance and music, cinema viewings, various community events and educational programs.
