The Group Rep at the Lonny Chapman Theatre is proud to present Jon Robin Baitz' THE PARIS LETTER, directed by the award-winning, Jules Aaron produced by Patrick Burke for the Group Rep at the Lonny Chapman Theatre in the NoHo Arts District of North Hollywood, California. The play runs July 20 through September 2, 2012.

The cast of THE PARIS LETTER features: Paul Cady, Larry Eisenberg, Alex Parker, Lloyd Pedersen, Julia Silverman, and Daniel Sykes.

"THE PARIS LETTER follows a Wall Street power broker who gets caught up in a financial
scheme that threatens to expose his extramarital gay affairs, sending his perfectly calibrated life dangerously off-kilter. Played out over the course of four decades, his betrayals threaten to take a heavy toll on his family, friends, love and marriage. Pulitzer Prize-nominated and Tony-nominated playwright, and screenwriter Jon Robin Baitz (creator of TV's Brothers & Sisters) penned this 2004 drama…"

The Group Rep is only the Second Company in California to be granted the rights to a full production and run of THE PARIS LETTER. The first was the world premiere run December 13, 2004 through January 2, 2005, at the Kirk Douglas Theatre in Culver City, California. The play was directed by Michael Morris. The original cast: Neil Patrick Harris (Burt Sarris/Young Anton), Lawrence Pressman (Anton Kilgallen), Josh Radnor (Sam Arlen/Young Sandy), Ron Rifkin (Sandy Sonnenberg/Dr. Moritz Schiffman), and Patricia Wettig (Katie Arlen/Lillian Sonnenberg).

The New York production ran June 12, 2005 through August 7, 2005, at the Laura Pels Theatre and was directed by Doug Hughes. The New York cast once again had Ron Rifkin (Sandy Sonnenberg and Dr. Moritz Schiffman), with Jason Butler Harner (Burt Sarris and Young Anton), John Glover (Anton Kilgallen), Michele Pawk (Katie Arlen and Lillian Sonnenberg), Daniel Eric Gold (Sam Arlen and Young Sandy) and Christopher Czyz (Waiter). It was also produced for radio broadcast by LA Theatreworks at the Skirball Cultural Center in 2008.
