Photo Flash: Chef Wayne Elias Dishes It Up for the Stars at Elton John AIDS Foundation's 2015 OSCARS Party

For the eleventh year in a row, Chef Wayne Elias and his business partner Chris Diamond of Crumble Catering dished it up for a cavalcade of stars at the 23nd Annual Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing Party held at West Hollywood Park. This marked the third year Chef Wayne and his Crumble Catering team collaborated with Chef Gordon Ramsay to create the perfect dining experience for Hollywood's biggest night. The menu for this year's event, which was hosted by Sir Elton John and David Furnish and raised $5.8 million for the fight against HIV/AIDS, featured five delicious courses delivered flawlessly by Chef Wayne and his Crumble Catering team of more than 200 cooks, servers and bartenders.

Attendees included Sir Elton John & David Furnish, Heidi Klum, Miley Cyrus, Alec Baldwin, Robert Duvall, Tim Allen, Aaron Paul, John Stamos, Chris Colfer, Beck, Lil' Kim, Ryan Kwanten, Cloris Leachman, Judith Light, Rob Lowe, Moby, , Ozzy, Jack, Kelly & Sharon Osbourne, Lisa Rinna & Harry Hamlin, Nina Dobrev, Sandra Lee, Jane Seymour, Peter Fonda, JC Chavez, Dermot Mulroney, to name but a few.

Sir Elton John created EJAF over twenty years ago, first in the United States in 1992 and then in the United Kingdom in 1993. The two foundations together have raised more than $325 million over the past two decades plus, to combat stigma, prevent infections, provide treatment and services, and motivate governments to end AIDS.
