Station Casinos Teams With Tony Gemignani to Open Three Restaurants This Spring

Station Casinos LLC is partnering with 11-time World Pizza Champion Tony Gemignani to open three new restaurants in spring 2015. New eateries include Slice House by Tony Gemignani and the award-winning Pizza Rock, both joining Green Valley Ranch Resort, and Little Tony's, a new Italian concept opening at Palace Station.

Slice House by Tony Gemignani

Opening this weekend in Green Valley Ranch Resort as part of the property's $20 million reinvestment, Slice House by Tony Gemignani will feature several styles of Gemignani's renowned pizzas by the slice, including New York, Sicilian, and California style pizzas artfully made with artisan flours, an array of authentic sauces, and seasonal ingredients. The menu will also feature calzones, Strombolis, paninis, baked ziti, seasonal salads, meatball subs, offered in a casual atmosphere. The restaurant will mark Gemignani's third location in the U.S., with the first at Graton Resort & Casino in Sonoma County, a casino managed by Station Casinos and second at AT&T Park in San Francisco.

Pizza Rock by Tony Gemignani

Set to open in March in Green Valley Ranch Resort, Pizza Rock will feature classic Italian entrees, pasta, a variety of Gemignani's award-winning gourmet pizzas, hand-crafted artisan cocktails and an extensive imported beer and wine list; all served up in an artistic and energetic atmosphere. The restaurant will mark Gemignani's second Pizza Rock location in Southern Nevada and third in the U.S. The popular Pizza Rock in Downtown Las Vegas has received numerous accolades in the community, including Best Pizza honors in Eater Vegas, Las Vegas Weekly, Thrillist and Vegas Seven.

Little Tony's

Joining the restaurant lineup of acclaimed local favorites at Palace Station, including the popular Oyster Bar and Charcoal Room, the all-new Little Tony's concept, set to open in April, introduces an Italian trattoria and classic pizzeria with a comfortable modern twist, while maintaining Old World charm. The restaurant will feature classic entrees found in your mother's kitchen along with Gemignani's award-winning pizzas. Little Tony's will offer a variety of Italian and American pizza styles, including Classic Italian, Classic American, Sicilian, New York, Traditional Chicago Cracker Thin (corn meal crust), and Gluten Free. A selection of house-made pastas, calzones, Stromboli, antipasti, and salads will also be offered, all with a focus on authentic Italian ingredients and organically-grown produce.
