Seeking Stage Manager for AEA Showcase Code Productions - Retro Productions

Retro Productions is seeking a STAGE MANAGER for their upcoming AEA Showcase Code (approval pending) of ON THE VERGE by Eric Overmyer directed by Sara Thigpen.



THIS IS A STIPEND ONLY SHOWCASE PRODUCTION. All actors and creatives receive an equal stipend of $250.



The production goes into rehearsal August 7th (evenings and weekends) for a September 9th opening. Relevant dates include Load In September 5th (please note: this is Labor Day), Tech Week September 5-8, Opening September 9th running through closing September 24th (12 performances total), and Load Out September 25th. You will be asked to participate in pre-production meetings over zoom, to be scheduled at the groups convenience.



This production rehearses and performs in Manhattan.



Seeking a highly organized individual with previous knowledge of QLab. AEA membership given preference, but not required (if you are non-AEA you will be asked to become familiar with AEA Showcase Code policies). Additional duties will include the overseeing of the restoration of the theater floor (paint) after load out.



FULL COVID-19 VACCINATION IS REQUIRED.
