Position Summary:
DGF seeks a self-motivated and efficient professional to help provide administrative support to our writer development programs. Reporting to the Director of Programming, the Project Manager will assume responsibility for overseeing the development of multiple programs that support an organization’s main objectives.

Salary:
$6,500 up to 30hr per week, 3 days a week (total compensation for six-week contract)

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
Work collaboratively as part of the programming team to ensure all project goals are met.
• Monitoring dramatists projects to ensure goals are met
• Meeting with participants to evaluate and discuss program status and goals
• Manage application processes for projects in their portfolio
• Track and solicit testimonials from applicants
• Update and process paper and electronic grant applications
• Maintain applicant correspondence and files
• Complete data entry projects as needed
• Assist with projects and research related to current and future projects and programs
Qualifications and Skills Required:
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree plus 3 years professional administrative work experience
• Proven strong understanding and practice of cultural competency
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to foresee challenges and problem solve
• Ability to work as part of a team and multitask
• Proficiency in Google Drive, Monday.com, Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience working with Submittable and databases such as Donor Perfect, Classy a plus
• Spanish language-skills a plus
• Knowledge of the theater industry a plus
• Management and leadership skills
• Ability to schedule and manage tasks effectively
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Teamwork and motivational skills
• Organizational and multitasking skills
