Position Summary:
Dramatists Guild Foundation (DGF) seeks a self-motivated and efficient professional to help provide administrative support to our programs department. Reporting to the Director of Programming and the Grants Manager, the Program Associate will assume responsibility for supporting the processing of grant applications, processes and other administrative responsibilities to support the Program department.

Salary:
$25-30/per hour
Part-time. Up to 20hr per week, prefer 3 or 4 days
Benefits and Perks:
• Occasional free theater tickets and access to purchase house seats, if available.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
• Assist in the development of training materials and processes for programs
• Communicate effectively with participants and volunteers
• Track and solicit testimonials from applicants
• Update and process paper and electronic grant applications
• Maintain applicant correspondence and files
• Complete data entry projects as needed
• Assist with projects and research related to granting programs
Qualifications and Skills Required:
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong and effective communication skills
• Experienced in equitable and inclusive practices, skills, and values
• Highly organized, motivated, and detail-oriented
• Ability to foresee challenges and problem solve
• Ability to work as part of a team and multitask
• Proficiency in Google Drive, Monday.com, Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience working with Submittable and databases such as Donor Perfect, Classy a plus
• Spanish language-skills a plus
• Knowledge of the theater industry a plus
