In our highly adaptable building on Manhattan’s west side, The Shed brings together established and emerging artists to create new work in fields ranging from pop to classical music, painting to digital media, theater to literature, and sculpture to dance. We seek opportunities to collaborate with cultural peers and community organizations, work with like-minded partners, and provide unique spaces for private events. About the Position



The Shed seeks a Membership and Development Communications Coordinator to provide a high level of support to the Development team by administering day-to-day membership operations, facilitating member and donor communications, and building positive relationships with donors to establish a renewable base of support for annual operations. The Membership and Development Communications Coordinator will report to the Membership Manager.



The ideal candidate has an interest in arts and culture and a determination to provide the best possible experience for donors to The Shed.
