MARKETING RECRUITMENT ASSOCIATE (REMOTE) - CMRG

CMRG (Creative Marketing + Recruitment Group) is seeking a Remote Marketing Recruitment Associate to join our growing team.

What you'll be doing:

Supporting the delivery of top talent to companies via modern & innovative recruitment marketing strategies.



You’ll need to have:

-Professional/eloquent speaking skills

-Experience in marketing and/or current knowledge of trends and innovations in traditional media. Alternatively, we will consider training the right person on an intern-to-perm track

-Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while efficiently managing multiple responsibilities and projects simultaneously

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and/or Google Suite



Even better if you have:

-Working knowledge of social, digital, and traditional media concepts, terminology

-Customer service experience in a hospitality or retail setting

-Recruitment marketing experience or a clear understanding of the recruiting function

-Familiarity with a customer relationship management (CRM) tool or applicant tracking system (ATS)



Top-performing team members earn up to $60,000+ annually for 25+ hours a week of work. We also offer full-time roles.
