Individual Giving Officer - Trinity Repertory Company

Trinity Rep seeks a dynamic, engaging, self-starter for the role of Individual Giving Officer. This position manages and executes fundraising efforts within a significant portfolio of key donors and prospects; manages the organization’s legacy giving program; and supports the Development Department as well as special projects, as needed. Reporting to the Director of Development, the Individual Giving Officer serves as a major gifts officer, supporting the achievement of Trinity Rep’s fundraising goals and growth through identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of donors and prospects with the capacity to give five- to seven-figure gifts. The Individual Giving Officer will manage a portfolio of 100-125 major and planned giving donors and prospects, conducting 10-12 visits per month and meeting activity metrics and revenue goals. The ideal candidate will be self-starting, highly organized, goal-driven, engaging, and able to effectively communicate with a variety of constituencies and build strong relationships on behalf of the organization. Minimum requirements include five years of professional fundraising and/or sales experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience); a working knowledge of customer relationship management and/or fundraising database software (Salesforce or PatronManager preferred); and an interest in the arts.

Salary: $50,000-$55,000/year depending on qualifications
