About the role:
The Experience Manager is responsible for establishing and
maintaining a positive, high energy work environment, providing leadership
through maintaining script standards and developing the team for world
class guest service. The manager is responsible for maintaining an
experience with 100% success for our guests while ensuring all daily
operational needs are met.
A successful candidate loves people and demonstrates
flexibility to support their team and is truly committed to helping team
members achieve professional and organizational goals while working
quickly, efficiently and enthusiastically in a high-volume, high paced
environment. Prior experience managing a team is mandatory. Performance,
acting, directing or public speaking experience is a huge plus, The Manager
must have a flexible schedule and be able to manage crisis
situations.
Additional Responsibilities:
●Work under the guidance of the GM and OM to lead a team of
Ambassadors and Key Holders
●Provide leadership and supervision for all front of house team
members
●Enhance the guest experience including creating surprise moments
●Handle complaints and emergencies and establish consistent
responses and guidelines for all visitor scenarios.
●Empower as well as hold the Team accountable to provide an
exemplary level of guest service at all touch points of the operation
●Maintain and build a strong sense of community, loyalty and brand love
among all staff from cleaners to fellow manager
●Manage the Guest Experience Feedback Initiative to cultivate positive
feedback from guests
●Implement plans to enhance the guest experience including creating
surprise moments
●Handle complaints and emergencies and establish consistent
responses and guidelines for all guest scenarios
●Effectively communicate with team and supervisors
●Implement standard operating procedures(opening,
closing, ongoing) as needed to ensure consistency in operations
●Manage internal monthly team events
●Schedule the team using 7 Shifts platform
Qualifications:
●College degree and 2+ years in relevant field
●Leadership/management experience a must
●Flexible and open scheduling availability
●Excellent guest service training skills
●Experience scheduling, and managing teams
●Ability to manage and act in all functions of the experience
●Contagious extroverted personality with unmatched energy
●Experience with Slack and Google Docs/ Sheets/ Slides a bonus
Full-time:
Salary $60-$80k based on experience
This is a temp to perm role from ASAP - December 2022 with the ability to turn into a permanent role
