Children’s Theatre Company (CTC) is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Digital Marketing Coordinator. This full-time benefits-eligible position requires someone who has demonstrated marketing skills and abilities, who is knowledgeable about the use of email and social media in marketing campaigns, and who has the ability to positively contribute to an anti-racist organization and assist in dismantling structural racism in marketing. POSITION SUMMARY
In collaboration with the Associate Director of Marketing and Director of Marketing and Communications, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will help plan, execute, and maximize the success of CTC's digital advertising, email marketing efforts, and company blog. This position will ensure consistency and alignment with the overall brand for the digital and social media advertising, email marketing efforts, and the company blog. This position will also utilize and create reporting tools and reports to analyze the success of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Digital Marketing
• Collaborate with Associate Director of Marketing and Director of Marketing and Communications to create digital marketing strategies for each season, production, and Education session
• Serve as departmental lead in planning, scheduling, building, and executing of email campaigns for single ticket and subscription sales and support other departments who utilize external mass email
• Write copy and request needed graphics to create impactful Performance Max, Google Grant, and Social Media digital ads for single ticket and subscription campaigns, and support campaigns for Education classes and camps, and Development initiatives as needed
• Monitor and steer digital campaigns to maximize reach and engagement, drive web traffic and create sales conversions
• Track digital analytics including website activity, email effectiveness metrics, SEO optimization, digital advertising performance, and Google Grant activity, and create dashboard reporting to inform subsequent decision making; assist in creating final results reports for single ticket, subscription, and education campaigns
• Collaborate with Associate Director of Communications to manage CTC’s company blog, Off Book including co-managing posting schedule, contributing to written articles, formatting articles within Wordpress, resizing or designing graphics within a given article, optimizing SEO using standard best practices, and publishing articles
• Collaborate with design department to ensure consistency in institutional brand across digital platforms, email, and website
• Support the design department in maintaining the organization’s website and blog as necessary
• Monitor industry trends and best practices for new digital marketing techniques and strategies
• Assist with additional promotional and event activities to support Marketing Department goals
Collaborate with all departments in the furtherance of CTC’s goal of being an anti-racist/anti-bias theatre that works towards Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion
• Encourage and empower everyone to speak out against racist workplace practices and policies
• Study topics that lead to a deeper understanding of how white supremacy, racial violence, and systemic racism have shaped American society and how that shapes CTC’s workplace and the lives of CTC employees
• Positively contribute to the ACT One platform, creating a future where our theatre is a home for all people, all families, reflective of our community

Experience
• Demonstrated skill in digital marketing including email, paid social, and search campaigns
• Demonstrated knowledge in media, marketing, communications, and promotions for non-profit theaters preferred
• Demonstrated competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
• Demonstrated competency in internet search engine use and SEO best practices
• Demonstrated knowledge and skill in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
• Demonstrated knowledge of back-end business use of social media platforms and search engine analytics
• Basic graphic design experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva preferred

COMPENSATION
The starting salary range for this full-time position is between $47,000 and $52,000 annually. Benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance; short-term and long-term disability and life insurance; vacation and sick leave; nine paid holidays; and a 403(b) retirement savings plan.
