The Company Manager serves as the concierge for guest artists and staff for the Chautauqua Theater Company, takes the lead on all hospitality arrangements, and works closely with the Producing Artistic Director and General Manager. They are responsible for logistical operations such as travel, transportation, housing, staff emergencies, and organizing all company events. As a member of senior staff, it is imperative the Company Manager creates a positive, inclusive, and safe working environment. The position is seasonal and will begin part-time no later than April 1st, transitioning to full-time on or about June 1st. End of season wrap up will be completed no later than August 31st.



The Chautauqua Theater Company 2023 summer season will consist of 2 fully produced productions, as well as several new play workshops/readings. Salary: $1,070-$1,100/week
