BROADWAY TALK SHOW STREET TEAM MEMBER - Rye Entertainment LLC

The new Broadway talk show "Live with Rye & Friends on Broadway" seeks 2 or 3 street team members.



Live with Rye & Friends on Broadway is currently Thursdays from 7:30-8:30 pm at BAR 9 and kicks off "Theatre Thursdays" at BAR 9. This exciting new talk show, launched in September 2021, talks with some of the best and brightest Broadway and the theater industry. There are live performances, Broadway trivia with major prizes for the audience, and more. This is the ONLY FREE talk show in NYC, and it's right in the heart of midtown.



RESPONSIBILITIES: I am looking for street team members who have OPEN availability on Thursday evenings from 7:15-8:30 and are RELIABLE and RESPONSIBLE to stand in front of the venue and on the corner and pass out flyers for the show to those who walk by. The purpose of this position is to get people to come into the BAR and watch the show and emphasize that it is a FREE show with no minimums, covers, or reservations and that they win some awesome Broadway swag with Broadway trivia! Please note: you must be willing to work in ANY weather condition and would only be called off if the venue is closed for some reason.



TIME FRAME: You will be expected to show up at 7:15 to get the flyers and brief the evening's guests, what you should plug, etc. You will end promptly at 8:30 pm.



ADDITIONAL INFO: Must be quick on your feet, know how to engage with people, have a very friendly demeanor, and KNOW OR LOVE BROADWAY!!! Please note: This is a volunteer position and UNPAID at the moment while we get the show off the ground. If you choose to have an alcoholic beverage, your first round is free, and then after that, you are responsible. Soft drinks are free with free refills. The drink policy is for the street team only!
