The Dramatists Guild Institute has stepped in to help support the new musical theatre writing program, Musical Theatre Writers Collective, by offering them the use of The Mary Rodgers Room at The Dramatists Guild of America.

Fuhrman, who is  based in Portland, Oregon and is currently Managing Director of Portland Center Stage,  will lead TOCG’s growing Executive Search practice, exclusively serving the national arts  and culture sectors.

Broadway favorite Harvey Fierstein will release a book in 2022. Penguin Random House will publish 'I Was Better Last Night' on March 1. Alongside the release of the awaited memoir is a free livestream event in which Fierstein will discuss his memoir with journalist Michael Musto. The event is free to anyone who chooses to register, and will have a Q+A session after the interview.

Playwright and screenwriter Lucy Alibar has signed with CAA for representation, Deadline reports. Alibar is best known for her Sundance Grand Jury Prize winning film Beasts of the Southern Wild in 2012.
