Donate to Seattle Rep in Seattle

Your donations provide critical support for Seattle Rep’s seven productions this season, increase community access to performances, and bolster education programs that enhance meaningful youth engagement with live theater. Currently, ticket sales cover only 50% of the cost of productions; individual donations are vital to Seattle Rep’s ability to continue to produce art of the highest quality and realize our vision of Theater at the Heart of Public Life. Every year, Seattle Rep welcomes more than 85,000 patrons through its doors, provides $800,000+ in free and discounted tickets to performances, and hosts 7+ Student Matinees for the next generation of theatergoers. Through programs like our Pay-What-You-Choose performances, Teen Nights, and free tickets for Native individuals, we aim to break down historic barriers to arts access and reach all members of our community.

Seattle Rep’s mission is to collaborate with extraordinary artists to create productions and programs that reflect and elevate the diverse cultures, perspectives, and life experiences of the Pacific Northwest. Founded in 1963 by local citizens as an investment in a thriving city, we are guided by the values of artistic vitality, sustainability, and generous and inclusive practices. We envision a world where theater sits at the heart of public life, positioning the work on our stages as a vital source for collective imagination, meaningful conversation, and healthy social debate. In addition to producing a full season of plays each year, our programs include professional arts training, development of new work, and educational programs.
