Donate to Birmingham Village Players in Michigan

Birmingham Village Players is the third oldest community theatre in Michigan. Our Village Playhouse was built in 1926. Designed by the renowned architect Wallace Frost, the building was built for and has continually housed the Village Players, a non-profit community theatre. Although being able to perform on the stage in this building is a thrill, maintaining the historic structure is quite costly. Over the years, the building has been through extensive renovation of both the exterior and interior. We are in the process of upgrading the interior which includes replacing our old theatre seats with new, more comfortable seating options for our patrons. All contributions will go to the “best seat in the house” campaign as well as provide other improvements to our beautiful and historic theatre. Thank you for considering a donation to Birmingham Village Players.

The Village Players of Birmingham, a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit community theater, presents high quality dramatic, comedic, and musical productions. Everyone is invited to participate on stage, backstage or as an audience member in the theater's main stage, youth theater, and Playwrights @ Work productions and programs. The Village Players have been entertaining the community from its location at 34660 Woodward Avenue in Birmingham since 1926.
