SEEKING
Seeking energetic performers 18+ for Multi-cultural, local touring Equity TYA production of “YOU’RE A GOOD MAN, CHARLIE BROWN” (Revised Version). The producer and director are strongly dedicated to interracial casting and ethnic minorities are greatly encouraged to attend.
PLEASE NOTE: All actors are hired as Actor/ASMs and will be required to load in/load out. Also note, that the work day will be very early mornings into mid-afternoon. Most performances are at 9:00 AM.
Must move well. Seeking big, warm personalities. All ethnicities are strongly encouraged to attend. Must be comfortable singing in various styles and have facility communicating with young audiences early in the morning.
PREPARATION
Be prepared to sing 2 songs in the style of the show. (Be able to show your vocal range). Must move well.

YOU’RE A GOOD MAN, CHARLIE BROWN is performed in the mornings in a special 45-minute version for elementary and middle school students. There is a Q&A session with the students after each performance.
Transportation to and from the schools is provided from the Inside Broadway office located in mid-town Manhattan.

CHARLIE BROWN:
character man, affable, humble but smart and vulnerable (Lyric Baritone).
LUCY:
strong-willed comedian with a great sense of timing, shrewd but very compassionate (High Alto w/ strong belt).
LINUS:
Lucy’s younger brother, acutely sensitive with brains and warmth, the second youngest in the group he is the most mature (Baritone).
SCHROEDER:
the intellect with a passion for music (Tenor).
SALLY:
CB’s younger sister absurdly intense balancing angst with innocence, sweet but a skeptic (Soprano).
SNOOPY:
CB’s dog, smart, wise-cracking, and joyous. This role is physically demanding both in innovation &execution (Tenor).
