Equity actor/singers for the roles of Tony and Maria only at this EPA for the upcoming Broadway Revival.
PREPARATION
Please prepare a brief traditional musical theater song in the style of the show. A piano accompanist will be provided. Bring sheet music and a photo/resume stapled together.

BREAKDOWN
TONY:
Male, adult actor 18+ to play 18. A romantic young man and former leader of the Jets, he has found a new lifestyle now. Tony finds himself violently torn between his friendships and love. Falls in love to Maria and meets an untimely death. Genuinely sweet and sincere.
MARIA:
Female, adult actor 18+ to play 18. A hopeless romantic and innocent young girl. She falls in love with Tony and finds herself at the center of the violent conflict between the two gangs. Bernardo's sister.
