SEEKING

Equity actors for Walt Disney World's VOICES OF LIBERTY.

Voices of Liberty Vocalists: Soprano 1 & 2, Alto 1 & 2, Tenor 1 & 2, Baritone, Bass. Extreme vocal range and control, sight singing, and quick study memorization skills. Ensemble vocalists of all ethnicities for The Voices of Liberty, an a cappella ensemble which sings traditional Americana music in tight, eight-part harmonies, at the Walt Disney World® Resort near Orlando, FL.

PREPARATION

Please prepare a short musical selection and provide clearly marked sheet music, in the correct key, for the accompanist. Prerecorded accompaniment or a cappella auditions will not be allowed. Prepare Americana/Folk/Pop/Musical Theatre selections. Opera is not recommended. Please bring your headshot and resume stapled together.

Upon signing of Walt Disney World® Individual Employment Contract, candidates are eligible to immediately apply for membership in Actor’s Equity Association.

An Equity Monitor will not be provided. The producer will run all aspects of audition.

Equity encourages everyone participating in the auditions to wear a two-ply cloth face mask, surgical mask, singer’s mask or respirator (N95, KN95 or KF94). Single-ply face masks, gaiters and bandanas are not recommended. Singer’s masks can be found at www.broadwayreliefproject.com/singersmask.

Equity encourages members to prepare for their audition prior to arriving at the audition venue, to the extent that they can (e.g., get dressed, hair/make-up, etc.) to avoid crowding in bathrooms and dressing rooms.
