Female, late 20's to mid-30's. Clever, comedic, physically precise spirit of the island. A devoted worker who vacillates between compassion and resentment for Prospero. Female, early 30's to early 40's. Pragmatic but hot-tempered creature. Earthy, grounded, delights in the natural world. Capable of both activating and hiding her rage. A saboteur and trickster in how she exacts revenge. Strong language skills. ACTORS OF ALL ETHNICITIES STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO SUBMIT.

An all-female adaptation of Shakespeare's TEMPEST re-imagined as a fever-dream from a surgical oncology ward in Pittsburgh.
