Please have pointe shoes and flat ballet shoes with you.
We need strong classical dancers. We are not looking for tap dancers, jazz dancers, or “hoofers.”
Casting for The Phantom of the Opera is interracial. Dancers of all ethnic backgrounds and races are encouraged to attend.
PREPARATION
All dancers, please be dressed, warmed up and ready to dance at the hour the audition begins. Most of the audition will be on POINTE. Please have pointe shoes and flat ballet shoes with you. If asked to stay and sing, choose music from the musical theatre repertoire that best shows off your voice and range. Bring sheet music in your key. An accompanist will be provided.
