Opening: Thursday, 12/12
Closing: Sun 12/29

SEEKING:

Lady (she/her) - Role Cast. Actors considered for possible replacements or future remounts. ALL'S WELL THAT ENDS WELL

A new touring adaptation by J.C. Pankratz (they/them)
Rehearsal: May 2025
Performance: June 2025
All genders are encouraged to audition for the following roles.

SEEKING:

Track 1 - HELEN. they/them, 20s or 30s. Our protagonist, an orphan who has fallen in love with someone beyond their station. Bright. Determined but indecisive. Learning to speak their mind. Questioning a lot. Desperate to figure out their place in this world.

Track 2 - BERTRAM/LAVATCH. he/they, 20s or 30s. Bertram is the countess' son and the reluctant object of Helen's affections. Proud but petty, ambitious, a mean streak. A person who loves the height of his place in the world - the very shitty object of Helen's affections; Lavatch is the fool to the countess.

Track 3 - COUNTESS/KING (PUPPET). she/they, 40s+. Bertram's mother and Helen's caretaker. Wise and patient, but not a pushover. Loves a dirty joke. Very accepting. King of France whom Bertram and Parolles serve under. Stern but kind and acquainted with gratitude. Slowly and unhappily accepting he's at the end of his days. Puppetry experience preferred.

Track 4 - PAROLLES/DIANA. they/them, 20s or 30s. DIANA: A young woman who agrees to help Helen seduce Bertram. Sharp, observant, confident--a born performer. PAROLLES: Bertram's best friend. Your older brother's friend who is funny until he tells a joke that's a little too sexual. Flirty, confident, only so many brain cells. Diana and Parolles are the pinnacle of womanhood and manhood, respectively.
