The musical uses the premise of new teacher Tom’s first day of school to showcase 15 of the series’ most popular and iconic songs. The rest of the cast plays a figment of “Tom’s” imagination, and each represents a different side of him/her, who help Tom get ready for the first day of school.

The television series taught thousands of kids about American History, math, grammar and more, and we’re excited for a whole new generation to discover how much fun education can be. MainStreet’s production will be supported by a top-notch creative team and a live band.
