SEEKING
Equity actors or 4 available roles (3 adult roles and 1 male child 9 years old). See breakdown for more info.
PREPARATION
For roles of Isabel, Samuel, and Stephen: prepare a short contemporary monologue. Monologue should be 2 minutes or less in length. For role of Thomas: prepare a short classical song to sing a la “Pie Jesu.” There will be an accompanist provided between the hours of 2:30 and 6 for actors auditioning for the role of Thomas.

ISABEL BLACKBURN
early forties, ballet coach or, more precisely, a répétiteur, retired principal ballet dancer, a former ballet goddess.
SAMUEL MONTGOMERY
late forties, chairman of the board of the ballet company, financier, successful businessman.
STEPHEN
thirties, principal ballet dancer, well-versed in the Balanchine repertory. Should have very strong ballet and partnering technique and experience.
THOMAS HARTFIELD
nine to twelve years old, choir boy, gifted singer.
