GUY (20’s-early 30’s, male) A musician struggling with more than just his music. Must sing and play guitar extremely well. Irish dialect.
GIRL (20’s-early 30’s, female) a witty optimism that masks pain. Pragmatic. Possesses some sort of “other” quality. Mother to Ivanka. Must sing and play piano extremely well. Czech/Eastern European dialect.
DA (50+, male) Guy’s father. Hardened exterior but generous heart. Must play guitar, ukulele/mandolin. Irish dialect.
BARUSKA (45+,female) Girl’s mother. Strong but loving matriarch. Must sing and play accordion/piano. Czech/Eastern European dialect.
REZA (female) Passionate. Comfortable in her sexuality. Must sing and play violin/fiddle. Czech/Eastern European dialect.
SVEC (20-39, male) Girl’s flatmate. Very odd. Loves TV. Loves heavy metal. Must play guitar and drums well. Czech/Eastern European dialect.
ANDREJ (20s, male) earnest and kind young man with big dreams. Must play guitar and bass. Czech/Eastern European dialect.
BILLY (30-50, male) Music store owner. Passionate musician that never had the courage to chase his dreams. Must sing and play guitar. Irish dialect.
BANK MANAGER (30-50, male of female) Presents a proper exterior, but harbors a secret passion for music. Must sing and play guitar/cello well. Irish dialect.
EAMON (20-50, male) Manager of a music studio. Tired of his simple existence. Must sing and play guitar. Some piano. Irish accent.
