JERRY LUKOWSKI: Male, 30 - 40, Any ethnicity. An unemployed mill worker, fighting to maintain his pride and the custody of his only son. All-American jock and the definitive man's man. Spontaneous. Very prideful.
PAM LUKOWSKI: Female, 25 – 35, Any ethnicity. Jerry's estranged wife and high school sweetheart. She wants what is best for her son. Strong businesswoman, but also compassionate and motherly.
DAVE BUKATINSKY: Male, 30 – 40, Any ethnicity. Jerry's best friend and fellow unemployed mill worker. Very much a man's man, but more of a follower than leader. The definitive sidekick. Prideful. Self-conscious about his size.
GEORGIE BUKATINSKY: Female, 30 – 40, Any ethnicity. Dave's wife. She loves her husband and worries about him. Loud, outgoing, and brash. She is the leader of her group of girlfriends.
HAROLD NICHOLS: Male, 35 – 45, Any ethnicity. An unemployed supervisor at the mill. Hot Metal's choreographer. Thinks his worth comes from providing for his wife, so he hides his unemployment from her.
VICKI NICHOLS: Female, 30 – 40, Any ethnicity. Harold's wife. She enjoys the finer things in life. Loves her husband more than anything and supports him no matter what.
MALCOLM MACGREGOR: Male, 25 – 35, Any ethnicity. An unemployed mill worker. Lives at home with his mother. Depressed, suicidal, awkward, and feeble. Pigeon-chested. Finds comfort in Ethan.
ETHAN GIRARD: Male, 25 – 35, Any ethnicity. An unemployed mill worker. Lonely. Has a blind determination and confidence to succeed. Finds company with Malcolm.
NOAH HORSE T. SIMMONS: Male, 50 – 60, Black. A retired mill worker. Embarrassed about being an average sized Black man. Despite being old and slow when walking, he still has explosive dance moves. Frequently grumpy.
JEANETTE BURMEISTER: Female, 60 – 75, Any ethnicity. A piano player of indeterminate years and show-business pro. Sassy, quick-witted, and larger than life. Has slowed down in recent years.

ELVIS PRESLEY: Male, 18 - 35, Caucasian. The King of Rock and Roll. A good-looking leading man. Great singer.
YOUNG ELVIS: Male, 10 - 12, Caucasian. Strong, confident singer.
GLADYS PRESLEY: Female, 35 - 45, Caucasian. Elvis’ mother and closest person in his life. Strong, Southern Woman. Overly-doting on Elvis but doesn’t put up with any BS.
SAM PHILLIPS: Male, 21 - 35, Caucasian. Elvis’ first producer. Outspoken, tough but sensitive southern man. Had a true ear and passion for authentic music, especially “Rockabilly.”
COLONEL TOM PARKER: (ROLE IS CAST) Male, 45 - 60, Caucasian. Elvis’ unscrupulous manager. Driven purely by profit. Cigar-smoking, a big presence, former carnival barker and con-artist.
SCOTTY MOORE: Male, 22 - 35, Caucasian. Elvis’ first lead guitarist. A good straight-comic.
BILL BLACK: Male, 18 – 31, Caucasian. Elvis’ first bass player. A real goofball. The yin to Scotty’s yang.

EBENEZER SCROOGE (ROLE IS CAST): Male, 50-65, Caucasian. A tight-fisted hand at the grindstone. A squeezing, wrenching, grasping, scraping, clutching, covetous old sinner.
YOUNG SCROOGE/CHRISTMAS FUTURE: Male, 20-25, Caucasian. A clever chap, filled with enormous potential until his great passion. Greed engrosses him.
FRED: (ROLE IS CAST) Male, 25-30, Any ethnicity. Handsome nephew of old Scrooge, with a cheerful voice and a sparkling laugh. Baritone/Tenor
MEG: Female, 20-25, Any ethnicity. Fred’s bride, very pretty, with a dimpled, surprised look. Soprano
BELLE: Female, 20-25, Any ethnicity. Young Scrooge’s betrothed, a fair maiden, honorable and pure. Soprano
THE NARRATOR (older Tiny Tim): Male, 30’s, Any ethnicity. A poet and artist; the teller of this ghostly tale.
BOB CRATCHIT: Male, 30-45, Any ethnicity. A clerk in the service of Ebenezer Scrooge and the loving father of a fine family.
JACOB MARLEY: Male, 30’s, Any ethnicity. Scrooge’s first and only business partner; dead as a doornail.
CHRISTMAS PAST/MRS CRATCHIT: Female, 30-45, Any ethnicity. First of three spirits, she is of the air – resplendent in stars. Soprano
CHRISTMAS PRESENT: Any gender, 30-50, Any ethnicity. A giant of harvest and plenty, glorious to behold. Commanding presence and voice.
