SEEKING

Equity actors for roles in MORNING AFTER GRACE.

Angus: 70, successful lawyer who has just learned that his beloved wife had been cheating on him before she committed suicide. To complicate matters, he picks up a stranger and has a one-night stand after the service. Must be very funny, dry and deeply wounded by his life’s choices.

Ollie: 58 to 65 years old, Black male. A successful former major league baseball player. Kind, witty, a self-described “bear”. He is a closeted gay man who hasn’t yet come out to his father. He is in a committed relationship with a man and his ailing father may soon need to move in with them.

Abigail: 58 to 62 years old, female. A grief therapist. Logical, practical, kind, empathetic. She tries her best not to swear. She is navigating her new life as a divorcee with rocked confidence having recently been traded in for a younger model.
