Please prepare a one-minute comedic Shakespeare prose piece. You are not required to memorize this monologue, the expectation is that you will be familiar and ready to “rehearse” with it. Also, please bring your headshot and resume stapled together.

This adaptation also doubles some roles.
John Falstaff - CAST - A transmasculine knight AKA celeb with the energy of Eddie Izzard Pistol - A genderfluid bad boy, who’s rejected his rich family to live as themself
Host/Hostess Quickly - CAST - Manages the Garter Inn, the secret mastermind of Windsor. Enjoys putting on a show and other people’s drama
John Simple - CAST - A very awkward servingman; too shy to ever say “no,” so somehow works for almost everyone in Windsor.
Judge Shallow - A local judge. Fairly conservative and religious, but full of surprises Slender - Shallow’s nephew, a total himbo.
Dr. Caius - A longterm boarder at the Garter Inn. His doctorate is in poetry.
Mistress Ford - CAST - A woman who feels trapped in the role of aging housewife, and has lost a sense of her identity and value.
Master Ford - A successful businessman in Windsor, who has overly focused on his career and the superficial things in life, rather than himself, his wife, or his community.
Mistress Page - Owner of the Garter Inn, happily married, polyamorous.
Master Page - Co-owner of the Garter Inn, happily married, polyamorous.
Anne Page - A young woman who wants to find her own way.
