Seeking
Experienced performers with strong acting and singing abilities are needed.

Preparation
Please prepare a song appropriate to the style of show. (1969 Variety Show style family at Christmas time.) Please bring sheet music; an accompanist will be provided. No recorded music or a cappella allowed. A current headshot and résumé are required.

Dana Bright – 50’s – The Bright family patriarch. A master entertainer and great dancer.

Louise Bright – 50’s – The matriarch. A former big band singer and America’s sweetheart.

Simon Bright – 24 – A former teen idol just returned from Vietnam.

Maggie Bright – 18 – A rising musical talent with an eye to the future.

Len Ramble – 30’s/40’s – A country music superstar and rising film star.

Carol Marie – 50’s – A comic genius and wise-cracker from the old-school of entertainment.

Ruby – the floor manager for the show. An actor of color.

Sandy Carpenter – 19 – A dancer and singer with a dream. African-American.
