Notice: Audition Call Type: EPA
Luna: 16, she/her. Wacky, impulsive, bizarre. Sneakily extremely attuned to social dynamics, though her sometimes odd behavioral choices might suggest otherwise.
Gideon: 15, he/him. Slightly too cool for school, thinks of himself as a loner. Quiet, cold, easily agitated; rarely deliberately cruel.
Blue: 14, she/her. Doesn’t have close friends at camp and doesn’t really care to. Vivid imaginative life. Feisty when provoked.
Olivia: 17, she/her. Really suffering. Copes via prickliness and an affected hypersexuality. Protective of loved ones.
Esther: 16, she/her. Sweet, a little shy, pleasant and likable. Makes friends easily. Presents as pretty comfortable with herself; hides her demons better than most of the characters in this play.
Bard: 17, he/him. Wants to be liked and included. Funny, prone to occasional whininess. Extremely close to his mother.
Cade: 22-25, he/him. An overwhelmed, accidentally charming camp counselor. Has an easy and affable sense of humor. Trying really hard.
Rocky: 70s, he/him. Strange, warm, fatherly. Starts out soft spoken and almost hypnotically mellow and ascends by the end of the play into total (benevolent) weirdodom. Beloved by the campers despite themselves.
Guitarist: 20s-30s, he/him. Plays guitar at the camp. No speaking lines but is seen playing guitar throughout the play.
