All stage managerial positions have been filled.
Many of the characters represented in Fiddler on the Roof identify as Jewish. Actors of Jewish heritage or who identify as Jewish are encouraged to audition. Roles that identify as Jewish have been noted in the breakdown.
Come ready to sing 16 bars from your book in the style of the show. Bring sheet music and headshot/resume. Accompanist will be provided. Singers may be asked to stay and dance. Bring dance shoes (no heels). Knee pads will be provided.

ENSEMBLE: Strong movers/dancers/singers. An ensemble of villagers in Anatevka, a small village in Russia. Ballet technique a plus (but not required). Actors who play fiddle, accordion/concertina, guitar, or mandolin a plus (but not required). Young performers will be auditioned at a later call.
FRUMA-SARAH (35-45, Jewish) - Lazar Wolf's deceased first wife. She becomes enraged when her husband plans to wed Tzeitel. C4-Eb5
GRANDMA TZEITEL (60+, Jewish) - Golde's deceased grandmother, who endorses the marriage between Tzeitel and Motel. C#4-D5
