The producers of Elf are committed to embracing diversity and inclusion of individuals, regardless of ethnicity, race, religion, sexual orientation, gender, age, disability or social status. At Elf we are mindful of and will actively seek to advance equality and diversity be it on stage, backstage, across the design and creative disciplines, within our production teams and as part of other activity associated with the production where we have influence. The producers of the show, and the partners we work with to create it, believe in equal opportunity, in treating everyone with respect and dignity and offering encouragement so that all involved can reach their full potential.
[ENSEMBLE/SWINGS] All ages, genders, and ethnicities. Excellent dancers with strong jazz, contemporary, and tap technique, and excellent singing voices to play various characters in NYC and the North Pole. Skating experience (particularly roller blading) is very useful, but not essential. Ensemble members and swings will also cover principal roles.
