Equity actors for male-identifying chorus dancer parts in DREAMGIRLS.
[ENSEMBLE DANCERS] Black/African American Identifying, ages 20 and up. Skilled and versatile dancers of varied types with strong singing voices to play various roles. Principal covers and supporting roles will come from the ensemble.
Equity encourages everyone participating in the auditions to wear a two-ply cloth face mask, surgical mask, singer’s mask or respirator (N95, KN95 or KF94). Single-ply face masks, gaiters and bandanas are not recommended. Singer’s masks can be found at

Equity encourages members to prepare for their audition prior to arriving at the audition venue, to the extent that they can (e.g., get
dressed, hair/make-up, etc.) to avoid crowding in bathrooms and dressing rooms.
Please bring headshot & resume stapled together. Wear comfortable shoes to dance in for your audition. Character shoes would be great, but mostly, whatever supports your shine! Some may be asked to sing, so please also prepare a brief cut of a song (with sheet music in correct key).
