NOTE: As part of a pilot program created in the new agreement for Production: Broadway and Sit-Downs, the employer will accept 126 video submissions from Equity members. Members will sign up online for one of the 126 slots. Only members who get one of the 126 slots will receive a confirmation e-mail with the preparation and submission information. After members' submissions have been viewed, the employer will notify each member who viewed their audition.
An Equity Monitor will not be provided. The producer will run all aspects of this audition.

[JOE CLAY] To be played by Brian d’Arcy James – Character is male (cis, transgender, or nonbinary), late 20s—40s, Caucasian. Mid-level executive in Public Relations. Husband and father. Veteran of the Korean War. Orphaned only child of two parents who performed in Vaudeville. Strong lyric baritone or tenor. Skilled singer with much facility.
[KIRSTEN ARNESEN] To be played by Kelli O’Hara – Character is female (cis, transgender, or nonbinary), late 20s—40s, Caucasian. Executive assistant in Public Relations firm turned housewife and mother. Only child of first-generation Norwegian parents. Strong soprano. Skilled singer with much facility.
[ARNESEN] Offered – Character is male (cis, transgender, or nonbinary), 55—65, Caucasian. Kirsten’s father. Widower. Taciturn and stern. Non-singing role.
