Equity actors for roles in Tori Sampson’s CADILLAC CREW.
Local actors encouraged to submit.
RACHEL/ALICIA – African American, 26, powerhouse, polished, poised, witty black woman / co-founder of the Black Lives Matter movement.
ABBY/OPAL – African American, 22, powerhouse, sharp, unapologetic black woman / co-founder of the Black Lives matter movement.
DEE/PATRISSE – ROLE CAST. African American, 35, powerhouse, mature, hesitant but confident, sophisticated black woman / co-founder of the Black Lives Matter movement.
SARAH/JOURNALIST – Biracial, White-passing African American, 38, powerhouse, down to earth, firm, protective, secure, optimistic / public radio host.
INSTRUCTIONS
Please prepare a contemporary monologue (include a brief introduction). Email your headshot/resume along with your video audition. Subject line: CADILLAC CREW. Please indicate your union status in your email, along with any conflicts you may have on the dates listed.

NOTE: There will be an Cadillac Crew artist retreat in the summer of 2022 in the Berkshires that actors will be invited to attend. Date TBD.

CADILLAC CREW will be performed at Shakespeare & Company’s Tina Packer Playhouse in October, 2022. All rehearsals and performances are in the Berkshires in Western Massachusetts (three hours from NYC).
