SHIVA'S MOM: (female, 60s - 80s) hippie, open-minded. She found out she was pregnant with Shiva at 43 when she was backpacking through India and it was 'a real miracle, as if she heard it from Shiva himself!'-- hence the name Shiva. Shiva's dad was the love of her life, and even though they were not together, his recent death has devastated her. Now, she's found comfort, solace and company with COUSIN LALO, who she's dating, sort of, he's her brother's son.
