The World's first Bacon Strip Show presented by the makers of Hormel Black Label Bacon sizzled with fantastic staging and exquisite talent on Friday night, November 6th. The exclusive Marquee Nightclub and Dayclub at The Cosmopolitan on the Las Vegas Strip was the perfect venue for the one-night-only extravaganza and Broadwayworld.com was there for all the glitz and glamour. Burlesque and bacon was uniquely showcased in a captivating cabaret. Members of the audience were totally enthralled by the performance as they sipped bacon themed cocktails like the "Jalepeno Bacon Margarita."

Created and directed my Mikhael Tara Garver of immersive acclaim, the Bacon Strip Show featured dance, acrobatics, musical performers, aerial acts and magicians that celebrated "all things bacon." Eric Slater, the charming and glib host, kept the show dynamic. He framed the acts as "good old Las Vegas burlesque" like the ones performed by his family's matriarch, the legendary burlesque queen, Miss Marquee. Two very talented DJ's, Abigail and Sean provided an outstanding musical score to compliment the acts.

Headlining the Bacon Strip Show were tantalizing burlesque dancers named after four of Hormel Black Label bacon premium varieties; cherrywood, pecanwood, brown sugar and jalapeño. These themed acts were especially glamorous with stunning costuming and inventive choreography. The numbers included a seductive strip tease by "Cherrywood." "Brown Sugar" presented her exciting performance in a giant popcorn container. There was also a clever romantic liason between "Pecanwood" and Miss Egg. Rounding out the burlesque numbers was a hot, exciting dance by "Jalapeño." In addition to these enticing dances, members of the talented cast treated guests to an extraordinary fry pan drumming number, stunning feats of agility and so much more. Dazzling lighting effects highlighted each of the acts.

The Bacon Strip Show by the Makers of Hormel Black Label Bacon was branded entertainment at its very best, an elaborate, vibrant Las Vegas stage show that celebrates the artisanal line of Hormel's premium bacon, one of America's most popular and delicious food products.

The Hormel Black Label bacon brand and BBDO MPLS worked with partner agency Serino Coyne, the country's longest-running advertising agency dedicated to live entertainment, to produce the event and curate the show's world-class production team.
